2. Refund Policy for Digital Access Services

    • Incorrect setup
    • Slow, unstable, or restricted internet connectivity
    • Regional restrictions or device software limitations
  • The customer changes their mind after activation
  • The customer provides incorrect purchase details
  • The service was purchased by mistake
  • The customer fails to follow instructions for account setup or access

Once a digital access service has been activated and verified as functional, it is non-refundable.

2.3 Troubleshooting Requirement

Customers must work with our support team to:

  • Provide necessary diagnostic information
  • Perform requested tests
  • Follow step-by-step instructions
  • Verify device compatibility

Refund requests without troubleshooting cannot be approved.

3. Hardware Return & Warranty Policy

Hardware products purchased from UltraIPTV include protection under a 1-year limited warranty.

3.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The hardware device is defective
  • The defect is confirmed by our support team after troubleshooting
  • The return request is made within the warranty period
